Why Vijayawada Is Worried About This Film?

Whole of Vijaywada and it's former political bigwigs are giving only one single warning— Ram Gopal Varma should stay away from making the film "Vangaveeti". They have been citing that this film might incite fresh violences in the city of Vijayawada, the hub of Rowdyism couple of decades back.
Other day RGV has first tried to met Vangaveti Ranga's widow Ratnakumari, but she was heard denying him a meeting. Later Varma went to Devineni Nehru's residence to research about the film. There also he got similar feedback, where Nehru is heard saying that Ramu should refrain from making the movie. One wonders why all these people who are connected to Ranga and his brother Radha's killing are worried about the film.
For example, if we take "Raktacharitra" movie, when the movie is made and released, are there are any fresh faction violence in Rayalaseema region? Nothing like that. So, what happens if a film is made on Vijayawada rowydism now?
