Vijay’s poster removed after controversy

Hopes ran high when the Tamil super star Vijay and ace director Murugadoss came together for a film called SARKAR. Even the first look of the film has been released too creating much hype about the film. However the poster began to create controversy. Reason! Vijay was seen smoking stylishly in the poster. Though the fans of Vijay loved the pose, it encouraged criticism from the social activists. Former Health Minister Dr. Anbumani Ramadoss slammed Vijay hardly on social media- ``Shame on Actor Vijay for promoting Smoking in this first look of his next movie. #ActResponsibly #DoNotPromoteSmoking’’. Taking the lead, the health department of Tamil Nadu too has issued a notice to the producers regarding the poster. Sensing a huge controversy ahead, the poster has been removed from the social media of actor Vijay, Sun Pictures and director A.R. Murugadoss.
