Indian ODI captain M S Dhoni and actor Sushant Singh Rajput met Rajinikanth while promoting M S Dhoni : The Untold Story at superstar's Chennai residence on Friday. Dhoni posted the video of meeting with the superstar on Facebook. Rajinikanth's wife Latha can be seen updating the actor with details of the film. A source says, "Both Dhoni and Sushant are huge fans of Rajnikanth and wanted to take his blessings. An appointment was fixed for the cricketer and the actor to meet their matinee idol." The 1.13 minute long video seems to be a teaser to the meeting. Earlier, Dhoni who is a huge fan of Rajinikanth, imitated the actor at an event. Dhoni flipped his jacket- Rajini style and delivered a famous dialogue from his 1999's film Padayappa. A fan shared the video on Twitter. The promotional event was attended by actor Suriya’s star wife Jyothika and their children. And Dhoni, who is a self-confessed fan of the Singam star, interacted with the actor’s children, son Dev and daughter Diya. During his interaction, he confessed that their father is his favourite actor. Last week, Dhoni had said that after Rajinikanth, his favourite Tamil actor is Suriya. He even revealed that he watched Suriya’s blockbuster film Singam with subtitles and he liked it.
