Samantha Contradictory Statements

Top English daily quoted actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu as saying, “The day my marriage plans were announced, the offers dried up. Producers are now murmuring, ‘How can we work with her? She is Nagarjuna’s daughter-in-law. In fact, he was more worried than I was that I’d give up my career after marriage. I just need to dispel the Telugu and Tamil cinema’s insecurities about married actresses. I don’t know about others. But I am not going anywhere after marriage.”

Curiously, Samantha posted in her Twitter stating, “Super kicked about interesting projects ... can't wait to announce.” This statement is completely contradictory to what she spoke to the daily.

It is unclear why Samantha made two different statements.

Though it is unknown- whether Samantha is purposefully rejecting new assignments or producers are looking for other options, the starlet has signed to do only one film after the release of Janatha Garage.

There were reports that, Sam is not allowed to sign any new projects after her marriage with Naga Chaitanya which is likely later next year. However, the actress as well as Akkineni family condemned the reports.

Latest reports state that, Samantha is finalized for Nithin-Krishna Chaitanya’s film titled ‘LIE” to be produced by Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas.
