Salman Khan's father apologizes

Salman Khan has be caught in a middle of a public anger yet again, after he made some objectionable remarks about rape and women during a recent press conference. Though he has not tendered an apology, his father, writer Salim Khan has come out and apologized on behalf of the star. This is what he had to say in his son's defense.
"Undoubtedly what Salman said is wrong, the simili, example and the context. The intention was not wrong."
''Nevertheless I apologise on behalf of his family his fans & his friends. Forgiveness is to pardon the unpardonable or it is no virtue at all''.
