SCOOP: Useless Silence Of Gunasekhar

on Oct 12, 2015

At the time when Gunasekhar stood stubborn by not going back from October 9th release date, he's appreciated for his braveness. Then few biggies tried to pressure to make Gunasekhar back out, but that didn't worked. Later the talented director didn't revealed the names of people who troubled him financially. It also won appreciation from all quarter. But now, his silence about one particular thing is turning out to be a messy affair.

Couple of days back, a small time producer has requested Megastar Chiranjeevi to postpone the release of "Bruce Lee" such that "Rudramadevi" will be abel to sustain at box office for a long time. But now, after the release, senior director Dasari Narayana Rao is also opining that October 16th releasing movie should back out from the release. He says, Rudhramadevi needs some buffer to make good collection, while October 16th releasing (read Bruce Lee) flick will garner money irrespective of the time it gets released. In front of Gunasekhar only, he made those comments.

But cinema experts are asking, how can people like Dasari are going back on the rules written by themselves. As biggies like Bruce Lee and Akhil have reserved their date months back, how far it is sensible to ask them to postpone now? In the first place, Rudhramadevi would have not come in front of these films. Regarding the whole episode, Gunasekhar is staying silent and not mouthing anything related to postponement. That looks as if he's making intentionally those people talk about Bruce Lee postponement.

Gunasekhar has nice camaraderie with Chiranjeevi due to which Megastar has given voice over for Rudhramadevi. Maybe it's time for Guna to open up on this postponement requests issue.
