Rahman Cashing In On The Success

Actor Rahman is well known to Telugu audiences, but he became more familiar with recent sensation ‘16- Every Detail Counts’ which is critically acclaimed and commercially successful at box office. The film is doing good business in its second week is providing profits to producers as well as buyers. More than anybody else, the film provided adequate fame for Rahman.
Now, another Tamil film of Rahman titled Oru Mugathirai is dubbed in Telugu. Currently in post-production stages, the film will be released in summer. D Venkatesh acquired the rights to release the Telugu version under the banner of DV Cine Creations. It may be mentioned here that, the same producer is releasing Jiiva and Kajal Agarwal starrer Enthavaraku Ee Prema in Telugu.
Oru Mugathirai is a thriller directed by Senthilnadan. The film’s plot is “a psychiatric doctor is infatuated with a psychology student and turns into a psychopath.” Aditi, Devika Madhavan, Delhi Ganesh and Meera Krishnan are other lead cast in the film.
