Actor Nithin had been in the film industry for quite some time now. He did create a sensation through his earlier films but suddenly vanished. With Ishq, Nithin started becoming visible once again and after Gunde Jaari Gallanthaindhe there was no turning back. Followed by this, Heart Attack became another milestone in Nithin's career. As of now, Nithin has begun shooting for his next project which is being directed by Karunakaran. Bollywood beauty Mishti Chakraborthy will play the female lead in the film that is yet to be titled. Nithin's sister is producing this movie under their home banner !!!
