Victory Venkatesh’s Guru is nearing completion. The movie directed by Sudha Kongara Prasad is gearing up for release on January 26th. Ritika Singh will be seen in a crucial role in the film which is official remake of director's own Tamil film Irudhi Suttru.
Bad news for Guru makers is Tamil star Suriya is also planning to release his film Singham 3 on January 26th. Suriya is a big star in Tollywood too and if he comes on the date, it will be a big threat for Venky who keeps many hopes on Guru.
Actually, Singham 3 release was planned for December 23rd, but due to various reasons the film is shifted to January 26th. Shruti Haasan and Anushka Shetty are female leads.
Singham 3 is set at the backdrop of Vizag. It is based on a real-life incident that took place at Vizag when NTR and MGR were the chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu respectively. MGR came forward to extend help and sent a police force to Andhra to unravel the truth.
