We have already revealed how Lakshmi Manchu's fans have become upset with the kind of guest role she has played in "Guntur Talkies" movie. Speaking honey laced words, she actually seduces the hero in the film in a running bus and steals his money by the morning. The role is quite b-grade and also very adult in nature. For the same, fans got upset.
We heard that the "Guntur Talkies" effect has fallen on "Manchu Talkies" as father Mohan Babu has come to know about this role. Scolding her for picking up such a sleazy role, the Dialogue King is heard giving her black and blue over phone. Though Praveen Sattaru is an award winning director, Mohan Babu didn't liked the idea of Lakshmi acting in a sleazy slum character.
