“In Hyderabad, a rave party buzzing with drugs exchange is raided by a narcotics officer, who catches the local minister s son red-handed with drugs. In an attempt to save himself, the minister s son kills the narcotics officer and this incident is witnessed by the catering in-charge Kishore. In his attempt to expose the truth, Kishore realizes that his own life is in danger and is forced to run for his life. Hero Chandu (Balakrishna) lives in a middle class colony in Hyderabad along with his father-in-law s (Nasser) family. Chandu’s wife (Aksha) works abroad. He works as a supervisor in Dharma Mart and leads a simple disciplined life. All the while, Chandu advocates healthy lifestyle and hygienic food habits to the family members and they funnily perceive him as a perfectionist and hard taskmaster. The mart in-charge envies Chandu all the time as all the female staff members are friendly with him. In a chance encounter while in the mart, Chandu comes across Indhu (Sonal Chauhan), an aspiring film actress. Indhu likes Chandu’s attitude and becomes friendly with him. Nasser misunderstands their friendship and keeps complaining to Aksha. Indhu happens to be Kishore s sister and because of this she receives warnings from the minister’s hired goons to reveal the whereabouts of her brother.

After a couple of warnings the minister s goons kidnap Indhu as a final step to know the whereabouts of Kishore. In order to save Indhu hero goes to the goons den. His polite requests for releasing Indhu fall on their deaf ears and they start making loose comments on Indhu. At this point, hitherto unseen violent angle of Chandu is revealed. Chandu kills all the goons and rescues Indhu. This incident leads to the goons boss & Mumbai mafia don Kabir and he immediately lands in Hyderabad to seek revenge for the killings. Kabir hires the local police officer Ajay to trace Chandu. At this point it is revealed that Anjali is the wife of Chandu. It is also revealed that Aksha is fooling Nasser by mimicking Anjali s voice and because of some hidden problem, Chandu & Aksha are acting as husband and wife. With the help of Ajay, Kabir succeeds in tracing out Chandu and he vows to kill Chandu to re-establish his hold.

Meanwhile, in a helpless situation, the elderly and respected mart accountant Babji happens to steal a big amount from the mart for his daughter s marriage. In order to save Babji, Chandu takes the blame on him and is arrested by Ajay. The arrest news spreads like wildfire and leads to the mart owner Suman in Delhi. Suman immediately leaves for Hyderabad. Kabir manages to get Chandu out of police station and takes him to an isolated place to kill him. Chandu gives a strong retort by killing Kabir and his men. Suman reveals that Chandu is his brother Chandrasekhar Dharma, a multi-millionaire and owner of Dharma Group of Companies. All the people gathered over there are dead shocked. A huge convoy arrives for taking Chandu as his dress and body language totally change to his original past of DICTATOR.”
