In an exclusive interview with the Bengali magazine Anandabazar Patrika, anteater actress Jayaprada has shared her experience and views on casting couch. When asked whether she has at any time faced such incident Jayaprada replied- "It never happened during our time. As I have started acting from school... there was no need for us to go to this person and that for a role". When asked about the reason for the growing incidents of casting couch- Jaya has replied in a curious matter. She said it was all due to hundreds of people landing in Mumbai in the hope of getting a chance in the movies. She also expressed that casting couch would be there in every field where there are opportunities for growth.
