Will Padma bloom for Balayya?

After formation of two states, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have sent to the Centre their own list regarding who are eligible for Padma Awards. Sources say that in case Bharatha Ratna proposal by AP may not see thelight of the day, Nandamuri Balakrishna will most likely get Padmathis time from Centre. It is indeed an honor for Indian actors to get this award. Balayya is known for his service to film industry and also his philanthropic side by means of Basava Tharakammma Cancer Hospital.
