Are Baahubali Makers Overconfident?

SS Rajamouli directed Baahubali: The Beginning was initially started as a regional film. However, due to unique and huge promotions such as regularly releasing teasers on birthdays of artists and technicians worked for the film. Then, the film became most awaited for Bollywood spectators too after Karan Johar buying the film Hindi rights and also promoting it vigorously. Huge promotional campaign was the major reason for Baahubali becoming a huge hit in all languages, apart from grand visuals in it.

Nonetheless, Baahubali makers seem to be not much worried about endorsing the second part of the film. Apparently, they are pretty confident about the film to get overwhelming response owing to prospects surrounding it.

Post pre-release function, they have almost forgotten promoting the film. More importantly, they haven't released any other promotional videos other than a theatrical trailer till date. Actually, publicity events start for a regular film just a week or 10 days prior to theatrical outing date. However, for a 'special' film like Baahubali 2 which has been made of massive budget should have promotions to begin at least a month prior to theatrical release.

Hope, they will realize this fact and start promoting the film vigorously at the earliest!
