'Kabali' could cross 100 Crs in first 3 days

You could sense the frenzy over the release of the Super Star Rajnikanth starrer everywhere. Kabali is all set to release on July 22 and box office is already set to break numerous records. According to reports trade analysts are predicting that Rajinikanth’s Kabali will do over Rs 100 crore box office collection in first three days of release. This is over and above the Rs 200 crore that the film has reportedly made with various corporate deals and sale of its music and satellite rights.
The multilingual movie which would be releasing in three different languages, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, is getting released in over 5000 screens, including 400 in the US. While special shows are being organised in some countries on July 21, it will hit the screens a day later in India. The response to the advance booking has clearly indicated that the movie will strike gold at the box office. In certain theatres, the demand is so high that 5am shows are being organised for the fans and even those tickets are gone.
In America, certain theatres reported that all advance booking seats were gone within two hours of the counters opening. In Tamil Nadu, the movie will be exempt from the 30 percent entertainment tax and has met all the criteria listed by the state government in order to get the tax exemption.
