Kota Srinivasa Rao marries twice. He has two sons, Bhanuprasad (Prakashraj) by first wife and Shiva (Srihari) by the second one. Both of them live in two different villages. Because of the animosity between these two brothers, people of both the villages also become enemies of each other. Bhanuprasad's daughter is Bhumi (Kajal Agrawal), while Samantha is Shiva's sister-in-law's daughter. Samantha and Krishna (NTR) love each other. Bhanuprasad had plans to get Bhumi married to his nephew (Ajay). Bhumi doesn't like this match and along with her grandfather (Kota) hatches a plan. They tell Bhanuprasad that Bhumi loves someone else. Bhanuprasad asks them to bring him to the house. Since Samantha and Bhumi are friends, Samantha sends Krishna as Bhumi's lover to Bhanuprasad's house. In the process of rescuing Bhanu from the marriage, Krishna mends the differences between the brothers Bhunuprasad and Shiva. Krishna is also drawn close to Bhumi and captivates her heart. What happens thereafter.... forms the rest of the story.

Analysis :

Direction: Director Vamsi Paidipalli, who directed Prabhas starred "Munna" previously, has adopted pucca commercial formula in directing this movie. As a director, he has taken all the care for this movie. Though it's a minor thing, he didn't clarify well in the flick why both the brothers Bhanuprasad and Shiva became enemies of each other. Screenplay is good. First half is a bit slow, but second half is good. Previous flicks "Nari Nari Naduma Murari" and "Bavagaru Bagunnara" could have been the inspiration for this movie.Acting: There is nothing new to add about NTR's acting talents. It is well known that if given a good role, NTR can perform to the optimum perfection. He tried to show change in his performance. In fights and dance sequences NTR was superb and second to none. Kajal and Samantha were successful in adding the glamor abundantly as required. Coming to Prakashraj and Srihari, while they did justice to their respective roles, Bramhanandam and Venu Madhav shouldered the comedy track, which is quite delectable.

TeluguOne Perspective :

Music: Currently music director Thaman's wave is continuing in Tollywood. Though the music may not be extraordinary, sounds satisfactory to the ears. Re-recording is good. Cinematography: Excellent. Lighting scheme and camera angles are well taken.Cinematography has been very helpful in showing the movie more colorfully.Editing: Very Good.Dialogues: Good and satisfying to the context.Lyrics: Literary wise O. K.Art: Good.Choreography: Usual and average.Action: All that action mass wants is in thismovie."By title "Brindavanam", it may seem as class film, but it is an outright mass flick with family entertainment. You can boldly watch it!"
