From a time, things are not going smoothly on professional front for veteran hero Venkatesh until a couple of remakes rescued him. Films like Shadow and Masala have hit him hard and beaten his morale. But Malayali remake Drishyam and Hindi remake Gopala Gopala put him back in the race.
Elated by those successes, Venky is now taking a little longer time to finalise his next. Though there is buzz that he has okayed writer Akula Siva’s project, Venky confirms nothing for now. Speaking at a press conference today, he confirmed that two big projects will be announced in July 2015. He showered praises on Baahubali trailer and wished the film success at box office.
Insider reports have that Venkatesh is trying to pull a big director on board for this next that is written by Akula Siva. More than that, the film will be produced by himself on Suresh Productions banner.
