2014 Bollywood Romantic Blockbuster 2 States is all set to be remade in Telugu and Tamil. PVP Movie Banner has acquired the remake rights. We do not know when the film will kick-start or who the star cast will be. It should definitely be someone from the younger lot since both hero and heroine are MBA students in the film. In the meanwhile, there were a lot of rumors about Shruti Hasan playing the female lead in the remake. Shruti clearly rubbished these rumors and even posted a Tweet on her micro-blogging site saying, ‘I will let you know what my future plans are'. The Hindi version had Alia Bhatt playing the female lead role and Arjun Kapoor in the male lead. Let us see who gets to bag the chance in Tamil and Telugu !!!
