Sensitive heroine toils in summer heat

Heroines are known for working in all seasons, but summer is always a problem as it makes them tired and also affects their complexion. One such heroine who is too sensitive to summer heat is Nayanathara who reportedly faces the problems of small boils popping up all over her skin for which she finds remedy in a particular lotion to address the pain.
