Recipe of Paneer Puri |
- 1 cup home made paneer( cheese)
- 2 cup atta (whole meal flour)
- ¼ cup garlic
- ¼ cup ginger
- 2 green chili

Directions | How to make  Paneer Puri |
- Grind ginger, garlic & chili to a fine paste.
- Smooth paneer with palm and mix every thing in atta to make a hard dough for puri.
- Keep aside for 20 min, make small balls and roll it round with the help of a rolling pin, and deep fry them.
- Serve hot with potato curry.
