Banana Stem – 1 cup (finely chopped)

Ginger Chilli Paste – 2 spoons

Curd – 2 3 cups

Hing – a pinch

Turmeric powder – a pinch

Tempering Seeds

Ghee – 2 3 spoons

Salt – to taste



Firstly take few green chillis and ginger pieces and mix it finely in a mixer. Later take curd in bowl – add little salt, hing and ginger chilli paste to it. Next heat a pan and add ghee. After ghee becomes hot add tempering seeds and the finely chopped soaked banana stem and saute well till the mixture turns crispy. Add this mixture in the bowl of curd & Arati Doota Perugu Pachadi is ready.
