Prawn Fried Rice

 

 

Ingredients:-

* vegetable oil 1 tbsp.

* egg 1.

* green peas 10 g.

* 10-12 king prawns 250 g.

* long grain rice boiled.

* salt 1 tbsp.

* soya sauce 1 tsp.

* Spring onions.

 

Preparation Steps:

* Prepare boiled rice

* Ensure you have taken off the shell off your king prawns and that they are    cooked.

* If you have bought them raw take off its shell, boil some water in a pan and    boil the king prawns for about two minutes until pink.

 

Cooking Directions:-

1. Heat oil in a pan.

2. Pour beaten egg into pan stirring constantly, When egg has cooked add       green peas and king prawns then heat for 1 min.

3. Next add the boiled rice into the pan and fry for 3 min.

4. Add salt and soya sauce to taste and fry for another 3 min add extra    garnishes and spring onions. Serve your tasty prawn fried rice.
