Popu Ginjalu

Avalu

Pachi Mirchi

Uppu

Karam Podi

Hing

Chintapandu Gujju

Method:

For Avaapodi Masala 
Take avalu with dry red chilli and grind it into powder and add little water and ½ spoon oil – keep it aside. 

Soak Panasa Pottu in water for an hour and then clean it dry. Heat a pan, add panasa pottu and little water & cover it with lid so that it gets cooked well. Wait for 5 to 8 mins. Take 2 spoons of oil in a pan heat it and add tempering seeds, turmeric, green chillies, curry leaves and saute for a minute or 2. Later add the boiled panasa pottu and salt to taste, tamaring pulp and little red chilli powder – cover with lid and let it cook well. Later turn off the flame and keep it aside Now add the masala and Panasa Pottu Kura is ready to be served.
