Iron Rich Ragi Idli

 

 

 

 

Ragi is a great source of Iron, Protein and Calcium and thus an amazing breakfast option in the form of Ragi Idli.

 

Ingredients:

Ragi (Finger Millet

Minapappu (Black Gram Lentil)

 

Method:

Soak a cup of minapappu in water for over 4 hours and grind it in mixer. For a cup of grinded minapappu – you can either mix 1 cup of Ragi powder (if you want to make idlis instantly) or you can mix 2 cup of Ragi powder (if you have time to ferment the mixture). Mix the batter well – and make yummy idlis..
