Sorakaya(bottle gourd) – 2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1 Bunch
Curry Leaves – 2 to 3
Green chillies – 2 to 3
Jeera ½ tea spoon Oil – To fry
Onions - 1
Rice Flour – 2 cups
Salt to taste

Sora kaya Garelu
To make sorakaya garelu peel the sorakaaya and grate it well and make it as a paste, In this add finely chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds, soda, salt and at last add rice flour till the mixture becomes hard batter, Take the dough and shape them like vada.
And now take the vessel put it on on stove, pour oil for deep fry and let it heat, then drop the vada in that and fry them till it becomes golden brown and remove it.
