Mysore bonda
Ingredients:
* 1 Cup Maida
* Oil for deep frying
* 1 cup Curd(little sour)
* 1 spn Zeera
* 1 Onion (finely chopped)
* 2/3 green chillies (finely chopped)
* Rice Flour(optional)
Method:
* Mix Maida and curd with a little oil and beat it for some time to avoid lumps. Keep it aside for 3,4 hours to ferment
* Add Zeera, Green chillies ,salt and mix well
* Add a little rice flour mix well(to get crisp texture of the outer shell)
* Heat oil and make balls of Maida mix and deep fry in oil.
* Take it out on a tissue paper,to drain out more oil
* Serve with sweet ginger chutney
