Mushroom Kofta Curry

 

 

Ingredients:

250 gms Boiled Mushroom
1 inch ginger finely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
1 cup Gram flour
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp fresh cream
1 onion finely chopped
2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil


Method:

In a bowl add boiled mushroom, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, Coriander powder, salt. Mix all ingredients and give them round shapes. Then deep fry all kofta. Then make fine paste of onion, ginger, garlic and take pan put oil heat it, then add cumin seeds and once they splutter add the paste, red Mirchi powder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander powder and saute till oil is separated. Then add kofta in it and cook for a couple of minutes. Add cream and mix it well. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
