Healthy Dry Fruit Ladoo

 

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup                                          - Cashew Nuts
1 Cup                                          - Almonds
1 Cup                                          - Raisins
1 Cup                                          - Dates
1/2 Cup                                       - Unsalted pistachios
1/2 Cup                                       - Jaggery (grated)
1 Tbsp                                         - Ghee

Method:

First in a pan, dry roast the almonds. Remove from the pan and keep aside. Add the ghee to the same pan and fry the cashew nuts, raisins and pistachios together on low to medium flame. Keep these aside. Grind all the dry fruits coarsely. Add a little bit of water to the jaggery and melt it in the same pan. Once it dissolves completely, add all the dry fruits to the jaggery and mix well till it forms a slightly thick mixture. Now remove it from the heat and shape into round balls while still warm so that they stay in shape. The healthy dry fruit laddos are ready to be served.
