Harabhara Puri



½ cup Spinach leaves ( finely chopped)
¼  cup mint leaves (cut in to pieces)
¼ cup Coriander leaves (cut in to pieces)
½  tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2  tsp green chillies (finely chopped) 
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
 2 cups All purpose flour
1 tbsp oil
oil for deep-frying



Mix chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and  mint leaves along with  cumin seeds, green chillies, lemon juice, sugar, salt and 2 tables spoons  of water in a mixer and blend into a coarse paste.

Transfer the paste into a deep bowl, add multi purpose flour and 1 tbsp oil. Mix the content thoroughly and knead into a stiff dough using enough water.

Green colour dough is ready to prepare puris.

Divide the dough into small equal portions  and prepare small balls.Now  roll out each ball in to round  puris.

Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai and deep-fry on a medium flame, till they turn golden brown.

Serve hot with sabzi.
