Gongura pickle

 

 

 

 

Take a pan and heat some oil and add cleaned gongura and fry well. After that grind fried gongura along with tamarind, salt, and red chillies. Then take another vessel and heat the oil and add urad dal, mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, garlic bulbs and saute it well. Add this to the gongura paste and mix it well. Serve with hot rice.
