Gongura Paneer Curry
Ingredients;-
Gongura – 6 bunches
Paneer – 200 g
Oil - 6 tbsp, Onion – 1big
Ginger - pieces
Garlic cloves - 4
Green chillies - 4
Salt- for desire
Chilli slices – 6
Coriander seeds (Daniyalu) - 1tbsp
Turmeric (Pasupu) -1 pinch
Pepper (Miriyalu) – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon (dachina chekka) - pieces
Mustard Seeds (Avaalu ) -1half tbsp
Cumin Seeds (jeera) -1 tbsp
Red Chilli – for desire
Grated Coriander leaves (kothimera) -1 tbsp
Prepare Steps:-
* Take 1 tbsp oil into pan and fry the Paneer slices, Collect the Paneer slices from pan and keep aside.
* Next Take 3 tbsp oil into pan, add ginger pieces,Garlic cloves 4, onion slices, chilli slices, salt,cinnamon slices, turmeric and finally add gongura leaves. Now fry all the mixture and cook for some time till they become mash color , smooth mixture.
* Now take mixture into mixie for a make of Gongura like paste.
* Next take 3 tbsp of oil into pan add jeera 1 tbsp, curry leaves, onion pieces (small), chilli powder then fry for become into brawn color.
* After add some water and Gongura paste to the pop and stir for some time, finally add Paneer slices, enough salt and mix them about 2 min, before stop the stove add coriander leaves on it
Deliceous Gongura Paneer curry is ready as for toast to biryani or roti......
