Bread Bajji



Since we are heading towards holiday season, let's try to experiment on some snacks which kids would love for sure. Today, I am presenting recipe for “bread bajji”, which is a perfect evening snack.

Ingredients:

* Bread slices 4

* Gram flour (Besan) 1/2 cup

* Rice flour 1/2 cup

* Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons

* Edible soda 1/4 teaspoon

* Salt and oil as required

Preparation:


* Take a bowl and put gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder and soda  in that and go on mixing well by adding water. Prepare a batter just like you make for dosa.

* Take out side walls of bread slices and cut them in to triangle pieces. You can prepare 2 triangle bread pieces from 1 bread slice.

* Now, heat the tawa and dip each bread piece in to the prepared batter and place on tawa and roast them nicely using cooking oil.

* Serve them hot along with tomato sauce.
