Cheesy Methi Puri

 

Ingredients:

2 cup wheat flour
1tsp Carrom seeds/ Ajwain
1/2 cup finely chopped Methi leaves/ Fenugreek leaves
1 tbsp Cheese spread
1 boiled and mashed potato
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp oil/ ghee
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Oil for deep frying

Method:

In a big bowl mix all the ingredients except water. Add little water at a time and make a dough but it should be smooth. Keep the dough aside for 15 minutes. After that the dough will be ready to roll out. Now take a lemon size balls and roll out in circular shape. Now deep fry these puris in hot oil. Take them out on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot cheesy methi puris with mixed vegetable pickle or any curry of your choice.
