Publish Date:Sep 10, 2011

jagan arrest, jagan cbi case, jagan disproportionate assets case, cbi arrest jagan, jagan arrest kiran kumar govt, jagan arrest law and order problem, jagan arrest reddy lobby, high command nod jagan arrest Surprisingly, YSR Congress president and Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, who is facing CBI probe in disproportionate assets case hasn't been arrested yet eventhough the CBI has sufficient evidence against him. While his followers are feeling happy, his detractors are trying to find the actual reason behind not arresting Jagan so far.

According to informed sources, in spite of the party high command's nod to go ahead, the Kiran Kumar government is reluctant to act upon. It is being publicised that the government is hesitating to give green signal to Jagan's arrest only with the fear of aftermath law & order problem in the State. Moreover, it is also making it a point that the fate of Jagan camp MLAs is yet to be decided by the Speaker.

While this is the picture being shown to the people, the public talk doing rounds currently is entirely different. It says "The all powerful Reddy lobby in the State is working its way to stall the arrest as long as possible to gain more time to pacify the high command and make things easy for Jagan to strike a deal with the Congress."
