Time is not ripe : SC

Around 10 separate petitions have been filed by different persons including by TDP leaders Payyavula Keshav and CM Ramesh in Supreme Court opposing bifurcation of the state and seeking its intervention in the process. However, today the court rejects all their petitions as it sees there is no official letter in this regard. The court said unless it go through the note on division of the state, it can’t let the trial begin. It also reminds the petitioners that there is no official note brought before the state Assembly or the Parliament until today. Hence rejecting all the petitions, it asked the petitions to approach it at an appropriate time.

Though, the petitions filed by Payyavula Keshav and CM Ramesh have failed to solve its purpose, indeed it led to a big fight within the party. TDP Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar rao spits fire on them both for trying to create hurdles in Telangana process with their petitions. It went to such an extent that it appears Errabelli is going to quit the party on the same grounds, but party president Chandrababu somehow calmed them.
