Vijayashanthi Lambasts Congress Over T-issue

With the demand to carving out a separate Telangana state, the Telangana Pragathisheela Mahila Sangham (TPMS) convened a protest meeting at Jantar Mantar in Delhi today (28 November 2011).

TPMS women in large numbers have reached in the national capital for this occasion. The meeting was attended by TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao, cie actress turned politician TRS MP Vijayashanthi, TRS leader Jithender Reddy and several others. Addressing the TPMS protesters, Vijayashanthi said that if the Congress government fails to give a separate Telangana, it will be buried in the region for sure. Governments come and go, but the demand for separate Telangana will be there till it is achieved.
