Take action, but follow procedures: HC

Tollywood actor Nagarjuna has filed a petition in the high court complaining against GHMC officials. He complains that that they tress passed and de-marked some areas in his N Convention Center without taking prior permission or serving any notices to him. So, the court addressing his petition, asks GHMC officials to strictly follow the procedures.

However, Nagarjuna may be quite disappointed as the court also allowed GHMC officials to go ahead against him. The court asks the officials to take the measurements of the maximum water storage levels of Tummdikunta Lake that is reported to be encroached by Nagarjuna for his N Convention Center. The court told them that they can proceed ahead for further actions against anyone only after serving notices. GHMC may not find any difficulty to serve notices to anyone, including Nagarjuna. So, next time, when GHMC slap notices to him, he has to start legal fight claiming ownership rights on the 3.55 acres of land that GHMC claims to be belongs to Tummidikunta Lake owned by state government.
