Surprise move by Center on Hyderabad

Today, the Center has made a surprising move by approving ITIR project worth Rs.2.20 lakh crores for Hyderabad. The project will be implemented in two stages till year 2038. With this Hyderabad will become a major IT hub in the country.

However, the timing of the announcement makes everyone, especially T-leaders suspect about its intentions on Hyderabad. They suspect is the center is trying to lure them by offering such a huge package to make Hyderabad as Union territory. If, the state is divided, then Andhra Pradesh is to be given first preference for such allocations, but Center is granting it to Telangana, even before starting the bifurcation process.
