Gali's Brother Gets Bail

Gali Janardhan Reddy Bail scam: Bellary MLA Gali Somasekhara Reddy, elder brother of Gali Janardhan Reddy, finally managed to come out of jail on bail in the cash-for-bail scam.

 

The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday granted conditional bail to Somasekhara Reddy, who has been in Charlapalli jail for the last one month, after he was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau authorities after interrogation. Somasekhara was charged with transferring money from Bellary to Hyderabad through hawala route to pay bribe to the judges to secure bail for Janardhan Reddy.
