Indian Noble prize winner- a sexual pervert?

A few years ago Rajendra Kumar Pachauri has shot into limelight by accepting the Nobel peace prize on behalf of a panel on climate change. A few months later, he was in the limelight again for sexually harassing his employees. Pachauri has been alleged by various women employees for misbehaving with them. A few complaints were filed and some enquiries have even found him to be guilty. But Pachauri, an internationally recognised visionary on climate change doesn’t seem to be deterred with those allegations. He was not only allowed to continue as a director of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI), but was now promoted to be the Executive Vice-Chairman of the prestigious institution. Such an act of TERI has left many people red faced. TERI was often criticised for being partial towards Pachauri. It was even blamed for hushing up the allegations against him. But the present act seems to be the ultimate blow for the people who have made the complaints of sexual harassment against Pachauri. One of the victims has written an open letter to TERI on the incident in which she states- "Shamelessness abounds! The news of promotion of a man who stands booked on charges of sexual harassment at workplace, stalking and criminal intimidation by country's who's who makes my flesh crawl." Well! Will somebody hear her!
