President grants one week extension for T-Bill

President Pranab Mukherjee has granted one week extension for continuing debate on T-bill. State government has received a message from President's office today morning conforming the extension. Hence, the debate will continue till end of this month and bill has to be returned in February 1st or 2nd.

This will give sufficient time for the Centre to process and present the T-bill into Parliament during vote-on-account sessions. Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde also categorically stated that T-bill will be presented to Parliament in the upcoming sessions.

So, now the question is whether BJP will support the bill or not. BJP has already announced that it is going to propose some amendments to the bill to ensure safeguard the interests of Seemandhra region. So, it will very trick situation in passing the bill. How these two rival parties will play their cards decide the fate of the T-bill.
