Modi ropes in four officers from different states

The Appointment Committee of Cabinet headed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made some crucial appointments in different ministries of his government.

He appointed Hara Krishna Das as Secretary, Inter State Council Secretariat (ISCS) under Ministry of Home Affairs. He is 1980 batch IAS officer from Gujarat cadre. Currently, he is serving Gujarat government as Principal Secretary, Environment & Forest.

Archana Ranjan, a 1979 batch IRS officer from Rajasthan, who is currently serving as Chief Commissioner has been appointed as Special Secretary-cum-Director General of Central Economic Intelligence Bureau (CEIB), nodal agency for economic intelligence in the country.

Ravi Shanker has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances. He is a 1980 batch IAS officer of Uttarakhand.

Sanjay Kotari, who is currently serving as Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances has been appointed as Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training. Prime Minister Narendra Modi cleared their files before leaving to Brazil.
