Jagan Mohan Reddy filed bail petition

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has filed his bail petition through his lawyers in CBI court on Wednesday. The Supreme Court’s deadline to CBI for completing investigation in Jagan Mohan Reddy disproportionate assets cases ends on September 8th. Earlier the apex court has suggested him that he can apply for his bail any time after the given deadline. CBI court has adjourned his petition to Thursday.

TDP has been repeatedly stating that YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayamma has come to an understanding with Congress high command during her recent trip to New Delhi over securing his bail in lieu with merging the party with Congress. TDP leader Enamala Ramakrishnudu alleges that dropping of the names of two ministers Sabita Indra Reddy and Ponnala from CBI’s latest charge sheets filed against Jagan Mohan Reddy’s disproportionate assets cases, itself is hinting that both the parties had a secret deal. Hence, he predicts that Jagan will be released soon.
