"The examination (of accused) process would begin soon. Notices have been issued to an official of Jagati Publications here and another Bangalore-based firm today. More notices will be served from tomorrow against all those who have been listed as accused in both the cases. Notices will also be issued to witnesses," a senior CBI officer said, adding, the agency will also issue notice to Jagan.

In the case related to the Emaar deal, the CBI has alleged that BP Acharya, senior IAS officer and former Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), who is now the state's Principal Secretary (Home), entered into a criminal conspiracy with officials of Emaar Group and unknown public servants to cheat APIIC, to secure a wrongful gain to Emaar.
