Jagan lacks clarity?

It seems YCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy has no clarity over making Vijayawada as capital of the state. His statement made in the assembly reveals that he has no clarity over this issue.

He said, “I am not opposing state government proposal of constructing capital between Vijayawada and Guntur cities. I welcome its proposal. But, I want to know, from where the state government will procure 35, 000 acres of land required for it and why it did not allocate funds for it in the budget. So, I suggest the state government that if it couldn’t acquire sufficient land at the ear marked area, it should think about alternative locations, where sufficient government lands are available."

While welcoming the state government proposal, asking it to consider for alternate locations, reveals that he has no clarity on this issue. If he has clarity, he would have strongly opposed the state government proposal and revealed about the alternate location that he is talking about. Even if he demands the state government to summon an all-party meeting for discussing on this issue, it could be justified. But, while welcoming the state government’s proposal, he is suggesting it to consider for alternate location for capital. It reveals that he has no clarity on this issue or he do not want to spell his mind openly because he is afraid that his proposal will make the people of Vijayawada angry on him and his party.
