Whether it’s taking the stairs or walking your dog, everything counts.Jogging is a great way to burn the calories and its good for the bones too. However, it might be too strenuous for some. But no worry, as walking at a brisk pace burns almost as many calories as jogging the same distance. Walking through water or against the wind burns approximately, 50 more calories an hour. Switch things up, if you’ve been walking for a month, try running or cycling next.
