Digvijay Singh hopeful on alliance with TRS

If seen, Congress party state political in-charge Digvijay Singh’s latest statement one could understand how desperate is Congress party for having poll alliance with TRS. He said “We are waiting for TRS leader K Keshav rao to come to Delhi soon for finalizing poll alliance and seat sharing between two parties. I am hopeful about having alliance with TRS.”

However, T-Congress leaders have categorically stated today that they do not want any poll alliance with any party including TRS. Former Minister Jana Reddy said that they are very much sure to win the elections and form government on their own without any party support. TRS, which is predicted to make a clean swipe in the Assembly seats in the upcoming elections is doesn’t want to share power with Congress party.

So, TRS is also trying to widen the gap between two parties by encouraging some Congress leaders join it. KCR has not only inducted Congress leader Krishna Mohan Reddy but also declared giving him Gadwal Assembly ticket to him. While, Congress high command may prefer to keep MPs seats, TRS may prefer to get majority of Assembly seats. So, Congress and TRS may have a limited poll alliance to ensure either parties bag all MP seats.
