Delhi High court slams Kejriwal and slams hard

It’s not new for someone in the arena of politics to make allegations. Mostly, such allegations might be merely biased and false. The person who is making such allegation often feels granted to say anything he wish to say. But that might at some time land him in a thick hot soup. Kejriwal and his party members can now find themselves in such situation. Kejriwal has earlier accused Arun Jaitley of corruption in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA). They have even alleged that he has amassed at least 57 crores with such corruption.

The allegations of Kejriwal has of course infused Arun Jaitley to file a defamation suit. The Delhi high court while hearing the case has used strong words to condemn the act by Kejriwal. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Sumit Dass has observed that ‘freedom of expression should have certain limits.’ Sumit Dass has opined that certain decency should be maintained while speaking in public and to damage someone’s integrity is certainly defamatory in nature. Looking at the mood of the Magistrate, it might not be an easy walk for the Delhi CM through this case.
