CM’s dharna at Delhi on 5th

There was slight change in CM Kiran Kumar Reddy’s dharna to be held at New Delhi. Although, he is leaving for New Delhi tomorrow morning, he and Seemandhra leaders will conduct dharna on Wednesday afternoon, after meeting President Pranab Mukharji on the same day morning, said minister Sailajanath to media.

If so, either he may meet opposition party leaders seeking their support to stop the bill or may meet his high command as a last attempt to pursue revoke its bifurcation decision. Since, he is still believed to be loyal Congress man, he can’t afford to meet the opposition leaders in his present capacity. If did, it would be nothing but drawing a line between him and the party.

He was asked to attend the war-room meeting with party high command on tomorrow evening, where he may be asked to fall in line with party or quit. If he avoids that meeting, it is throwing a challenge to his high command, with which it may be forced to dismiss him from his CM post and even party. So, his two days’ camping at New Delhi is very significant.
