Rangasthalam to be removed from Tamilnadu

Rangasthalam might has easily cruised past the 100 crore mark. But here is a bit of setback for the movie. Rangasthalam is being withdrawn from the theatres of Tamil Nadu. However this is not the result of any controversy. Rangasthalam producers have voluntarily taken the decision in support of Kollywood. Tamil Producers has been on strike from past one month protesting the digital service providers. The dispute is not yet resolved and the Kollywood has not released any movie since last month. Even the magnum opus like Kala (Rajnikanth) and Vishwaroopam 2 were halted for release. Keeping in solidarity with Kollywood, Rangasthalam distributors have agreed to take off the film from the theatres of Tamil Nadu.
